White Rock is a hilly village perched on the ocean's edge just north of the BC/Washington
border. The tiny community ( two square miles ) is a tantalizing potpourri of seniors, poets,
painters and young families clumped together in an odd assortment of luxury glass townhouses,
clapboard flats, old stucco apartments and plain and fancy private dwellings -- some built on
such steep streets your heart does a flip-flop just looking.
